We endeavour to be fair and reasonable with our part exchanges, as we know that being too hard on your part-ex lessens the likelihood of doing deals. By the same token, we expect our customers to be honest in their descriptions and realistic in their expectations.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer retail money for part-exchanges as most people appreciate we need to make a living!!

We are happy to talk ballpark figures over the phone, but obviously need to see the car to price it accurately. After all it is a telephone not a telescope!
